The family campsite Starfish is uniquely located on the river 'Oosterschelde', being one of the cleanest waters in Europe. Within walking distance you'll find a beautiful nature reservation with a wide variety of waterfowl, an artificial beach with constant water level and for the children there is a petting zoo / botanical garden nearby.

The site offers couples and families with children all comfort, in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. All annual and seasonal sites provide connection to water, electricity, drainage and CATV signal.

In addition to the playground and a (soccer) football field, during the season an extensive recreation program for children and adults is available. With activities like crafting/drawing-workshops, fishing competitions, hiking, bingo, billiards, darts, karaoke, playback show, etc. Nobody will be bored at Camping De Zeester

For passers-by, there is a central lawn at the campsite with connections for electricity and CATV signal. The sanitation building besides the passers-by-field offers showers, toilets (including 1 disabled / family room), washing machine and dryer, ironing equipment, baby unit and on the outside of the building, a small sink with taps for hot and cold water. A number of facilities working on special coins.

Trekkers can use our wooden four-person cabin. With basic amenities ... 2 bunk beds, kitchenette, refrigerator, table with chairs.

For those with a boat / trailer, two boat ramps at 50 m. from the campsite. Cyclists and walkers can enjoy the beautiful landscape. A special bicycle and pedestrian ferry, 75 meter from the campsite, brings you to and from the fishing village of Yerseke in the summers.

In the vicinity are interesting villages like Scherpenisse, Sintmaartensdijk, Poortvliet, Stavenisse, Sint Annaland, Tholen and Oud Vossemeer. The slightly more distant cities such as Bergen op Zoom, Roosendaal, Goes, Middelburg, Veere and Antwerp have lots to offer in terms of shopping, historical inner cities and events.
Zierikzee or Gravelines Beach are also attractive outings.
