In Overijssel near National Park Weerribben - Wieden, lies the village Heetveld, close to St-Jansklooster. This is in the northwest of Overijssel. The area is almost entirely surrounded by other provinces.
The park is situated on a low hill, an ancient boulder clay that occured during one of the last Ice Ages. The area is very beautiful and ideal for cycling, hiking and boating. Several old (port) towns in the region are worth visiting.
On the park you mostly find peace and space, in particular near the larger lots. Hoping to make you curious and receive you at "Camping & Chaletpark Heetveld".
