About Skanderborg So Camping

Skanderborg Sø (=lake) Camping is a quiet, cozy camp where the beautiful and diverse nature is an ideal base for a relaxing stay. De camping is a former orchard where more than 80 old fruit trees and many other shrubs provide shade and shelter.

The site is divided into natural fields.
The pitches are of course in the field and 100 - 200m2 large and due to the many trees and bushes very nice spots have occurred.

Skanderborg Sø Camping is a quiet, cozy camp where the beautiful and diverse nature is an ideal base for a relaxing stay.

There are no special fields for tents, caravans or motorhomes and no seasonal pitches so that the entire site is available to tourists and you basically can choose your own place.

The main building and famililiedouches were renovated in 2007 and the facilities are clean and well maintained.

Skanderborg Sø Camping is a systematic and orderly campsite. Throughout the grounds are four toilet blocks, so there is always sanitation near your place.

Three quarters of the camping consists of nature without pitches.

The site has a total of 9 hectares, of which one third part consists of nature, so space for children to play and for walks. Still you will discover the beautiful view of Skanderborg lake. It has a private beach with clean water.
