Belize (formerly British Honduras) is a Central American country, bordering Mexico to the northwest and Guatemala to the south and west. To the east it borders the Caribbean Sea. Head of State is Queen Elizabeth II and the country is a member of the British Commonwealth.
Belize, for the Spanish invasion, was inhabited by the Maya and is particularly known for its beautiful scenery. There is a huge variety of flora and fauna.
Belize has since Jacques Cousteau known for the Reef. The capital of the USA is Washington.
