El Salvador: Travelling & Vacation
El Salvador was known for the bloody civil war, but that was quite awhile ago. Although the country is still a little bit on criminal side of things, many tourists travel to the country for its pristine, fabulous nature and the intriguing history to discover. As in most Latin and South American countries the tourists are left alone.
Nature is very beautiful. From vast forests to dormant volcano giants, from highlands to valleys, everything is there for a holiday to celebrate that will never be forgotten.
The Maya in El Salvador lived around the year 100 to 1200, so there are many various temples and interesting archaeological sites to see.
The language in El Salvador is Spanish.
