Mexico: Travelling & Vacation

Mexico has a population of nearly 100 million people. Of these, 20 million live in Mexico City. The country has Spanish as the official language.

Mexico City, often referred to as the City of Palaces, is a modern, cosmopolitan city that is surrounded by volcanic mountains. It has architectural heritage of the different cultures that inhabited the city for many centuries, which gives off a whole range of interesting sights, including Mayan ruins, such as Templo Mayor (The Great Temple).

But in the whole city achitectural baroque and neoclassical styles fused with the indigenous architecture to create a unique architectural look. Buildings such as the Metropolitan Cathedral, the various palaces and mansions, and the many churches in the center of town. Many females were influenced by the art deco. The city and the country are not in a short vacation to visit. Vacationers to Mexico usually come back as a traveler.

Modern buildings in the disctricten Polanco, Anzures, Del Valle and Santa Fe add a lot to your trip to Mexico. During a walk through one of the many avenues such as Avenida Insurgentes, the tourist will be amazed by the entertainment, the number of restaurants and vibrant nightlife.

For quieter companion is the Mexican culture, in all its forms, can be seen in the large number of museums, including the National Museum of Anthropology, the Franz Mayer Museum, the Museum of Modern Art and the Frida Kahlo Museum. Each of the effort of a visit.

Nature lovers are well catered for. Outside the city you can go to the mountains in the south and westwards, where small cooks their dishes like quesadillas (cheese melted in tortillas) in stalls. Further away from the city is the characteristic natural habitat in the National Parks and ecological reserves. East of Mexico City you the snow-capped volcanoes Popocatepetl and called Iztacchuatl admire.
