M.C. WICHES was founded in 2009 in an effort to pay homage to the sandwich and the hard-working city where the founders are from. Home to #DetroitStyleSubs, a sandwich loaded with totally scratch made ingredients and a QP of meat.

Today, our WICH Warriors hustle harder in the kitchen than most fine dining establishments, and certainly harder than all of the other sub shops in town. Every WICH is completely homemade starting with 3 types of bread baked daily, 7 handcrafted sauces, and 8 different meats all smoked/roasted in-house. The Warriors even rock out fresh baked cookies everyday, including our specialty Smore’Yo.

For our vegan and vegetarian friends, we source and chop fresh veggies daily and feature BBQ jackfruit and roasted mushrooms. We can prepare WICHES on Gluten-Free Schar bread in a GF designated area to avoid cross contamination.

Like Detroit, WICHES is in a genre of its own, aspiring to promote greatness by filling bellies with incredibly tasty, homemade, feel-good food and providing a space that inspires self-expression and creativity.
