About Faralá
Chef Cristina Jiménez reworks Granadan cooking across three tasting menus, on the first floor of a building on the climb to the Alhambra. Huétor peas, Segureño lamb and Riofrío caviar recur, and the restaurant holds one Michelin star. Downstairs is a wine bar with live flamenco.
