Denmark: Travelling & Vacation
The Kingdom of Denmark is the most southern Scandinavian country and is located in Northern Europe. Its capital is Copenhagen. Including Greenland, which officially is part of Denmark, the country has a population of approximately 5.5 million inhabitants. The land has an enormous coastline, 7.314 kilometers due to the many islands (443) that make up the country. Bridges connect most islands. The peninsula of Jutland is the largest part of Denmark and borders to Germany by 67 kilometers of land. To the west lies the North Sea and to the east lies the Baltic Sea.
