About Zimmermann Bakery
This Cologne family bakery has baked to old recipes without additives since the nineteenth century. You can buy its well-known Rheinisches Schwarzbrot, all kinds of bread, and sweet treats like carrot cake and cinnamon rolls. Much of the range is kosher, which is why the Jewish community sources its bread here too.
