The menu offers a combination of classic Italian food and an exclusive selection of wines from the best vineyards of various regions, ranging from Piemont to Sicily.
All meals are of artful preparation. Fish varies from perch filet to catfish, with subtly harmonized side orders.
The meat menu offers e.g. wild boar médaillons with raspberry agretto and red onions or pink roasted lamb with sweet and sour pepper and marinated fennel.
The exclusive menu and wine list is seasonally attuned to the gourmet’s palatal. The repertoire of chef Giorgio Maetzke comprises both antipasti and dolci as well as traditional pasta.
