About Órgiva
The main town of the Alpujarra sits low in the valley and is easy to spot by the two slate-capped octagonal towers of the Iglesia de la Expectación. Close by stands the 16th to 17th-century Casa Palacio de los Condes de Sástago, whose tower has 26 battlements.
