Since its founding in 2005, BiCE has been a fixture in Naples, known for its white-tablecloth service, refined Italian cuisine and warm hospitality. A touch of Italy rooted in the original Milan trattoria opened by Beatrice “Bice” Ruggeri in Milan in 1926, the reopening marks a continuation of the brand’s remarkable century-long legacy.
