'Cue BBQ is a modern day, seasonal BBQ shack. We take our 'cue from the many incredible roadside shacks that we have visited on our "research" trips across the country! Serious BBQ is what we are serving here. Everything is made from scratch! All our meats are smoked in-house in our 3 Southern Pride smokers with Hickory wood. Our pork shoulder, ribs, brisket, and chicken are smoked low and slow. We start early in the morning and keep it going all day. Our BBQ is dry rubbed with our unique spice blend. We offer our signature homemade sauces on the side- Mild, Spicy Maple Chipotle and Carolina Gold. Special seasonal sauces are available throughout the summer.

We take pride in our updated versions of classic southern sides and irresistible home-style desserts. Even though we have a core menu that is always available, we just can't help but use the incredible fruits and vegetables that our local farmers provide us with all season. This is reflected in the specials that we offer throughout the season.

The outdoor bar serves rotating draft microbrews & wine. Our homemade BBQ potato chips and crackling's make excellent snacks. We also have frozen lemonade flavored with local berries and fruit.
