The Ruhr Museum the visitor walks between the old machines and get by in the second permanent exhibitions "the past" and "present" a broad picture of how the work and life, adding went into the Ruhr in the heyday of Zollverein.
It's not just about the plants themselves, it's really about the atmosphere and life in that time and creates a beautiful era, covering all aspects of life then and now passing. The rise and fall of the German Empire, to winning the various iron ore and coal. And the flora and fauna in and around the Ruhr, the football clubs located there and their supporters, all very nicely presented in the old factory buildings.
